INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMMUNITY GRILL USE
1. Please notify a board member when you wish to use the grill. This will avoid any conflicts that may arise if more than one unit owner wishes to use it at the same time.
2. Presently there is a gas tank installed under the grill. We do have replacement tanks in storage. We may have to disconnect/remove the tank in the future if a problem arises. If that should happen or if the tank is empty, please contact a board member so that we can provide the gas tank you will need.
3. Lighting instructions for the grill are located inside the door on the left-hand panel.
4. It is important to relocate the grill so that it is not lit under the covered portion of the Ramada. It will be necessary to turn the gas on at the tank as it will be stored in the closed position.
5. After using the grill, please clean it so that it remains in good working order for the next owner’s use. A cleaning brush is located in the covered portion of the grill.
6. Please return the valve on the tank to the closed position when finished,
7. Replace the grill cover (after it is cooled) and return the grill to the storage position under the covered portion of the Ramada.
8. Please notify a board member so that we are able to inspect the grill after your use.
We hope that you will enjoy having the convenience of the grill at the Ramada for your use.
